AI EXCELLENCE LAB
Our AI Excellence Lab is lead by a team of AI experts and conducts AI research, creates AI based products and designs AI driven innovations.
We have an AI Research Partnership with Trinity College in Dublin that enables us, in combination with our other partnerships to stay ahead of the curve and deliver real value to our customers from AI, not just interesting discussions.
Within the AI Excellence Lab we run Discovery Workshops, which are an educational journey that provides a comprehensive understanding of AI, its origins, and the unique aspects of Generative AI. During this workshop, TEKenable explores specific opportunities tailored to the client’s organisation and uncovers their value, acting as a bridge to identify areas of growth within their business.
We have a Microsoft Azure Advanced Specialisation in AI and Machine Learning. This specialisation demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality AI services to our clients.

Chat with your Documents
Our Azure-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, Chat with Your Documents, bridges the gap between unstructured data and actionable insights. Around 80% of a company’s data is thought to be unstructured, underscoring the importance of advanced technologies such as Generative AI and Azure OpenAI. These tools are invaluable in harnessing unstructured data, empowering staff to make informed decisions and elevate customer service.
TEKenable offers an off-the-shelf compliance management accelerator for the financial services industry that serves as an integrated process workflow, audited record and restricted environment for execution and tracking of compliance issues. Known as “Compliance Manager” the tool allows selective and restricted access but integrates with Dynamics 365 Customer Service to allow compliance cases to be received through many communication channels and referred from Customer Service to Compliance Manager for specific management by appropriate internal resources.

Our Business Central Public Sector Edition is a specialised adaptation of the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform, for the Public Sector. It offers a unified solution accelerator that connects people and processes, providing access to current and accurate data for informed decision-making.
