The Challenge

Four J’s, a global software company and part of the Volaris Group, found that their legacy financial systems were fragmented, lacked integration, and relied heavily on manual Excel-based processes. This resulted in inefficiencies, limited visibility, and challenges in project services, time tracking, and statutory reporting. The company needed to modernise its financial operations, automate reporting, and support global scalability, while meeting specific requirements such as French FEC statutory compliance.

The Solution

TEKenable partnered with Four J’s to deliver a tailored implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The project was structured in multiple phases, delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), enabling core financial operations and reporting to go live, and then extending the platform to include advanced project services, automated time tracking, and regional compliance features such as French FEC statutory reporting.

The solution integrated Office 365 and Jira for seamless collaboration and automated time registration. TEKenable developed a custom export for FEC audit files, overcoming limitations in standard Business Central functionality. Continia Expense Management and Jet Reports were added to enhance business intelligence and automate expenses.

An implementation team of certified consultants, developers, and project managers used agile methodology and DevOps practices to manage delivery. The platform was provisioned across test and production environments, with ongoing support and governance provided under a structured SLA.
